Judging factors include loan volume, growth, overcoming adversity; industry and community involvement.
- SBA Marketing Guru of the Year (Individual) – Awarded to the marketer who successfully executed an outstanding SBA loan marketing campaign. What were the challenges, goals and results?
- SBA Business Development Person of the Year (Individual) – Loan volume is important; however the judges will also consider loan volume growth, creativity, market mastery and industry commitment.
- SBA Loan Underwriter of the Year (Individual) – The backbone of the SBA lending department is the underwriter who can successfully navigate the myriad SBA regulations and appropriately manage the lender’s risk. What were the results of solutions implemented?
